COVID Travel Restrictions:

Effective February 15th, 2022, all Foreign Tourists entering Belize will be required to purchase the Belize travel insurance. It’s highly recommended to purchase the new travel insurance prior to arriving in Belize.

Effective March 1, 2022, fully vaccinated travellers no longer require a negative test but must show proof of vaccination for entry into Belize’s airport, land borders or sea ports. All unvaccinated travellers must present proof of a negative PCR result taken within 72 hours of arrival or a negative Antigen Rapid test taken within 48 hours of arrival

Pricing

Below Is Our Early Bird Pricing

Entry Cost (Price Per Room) – $7,000
Cost for Plus One Staying in Same Room – $2,200
Non-Refundable Deposit (Applied to Entry Cost): $2,000

The Deposit is to be paid upon accepted application. Your room will not be secured without a fully paid deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The remainder of your event cost is due no later than January 1st, 2023.

REI Abroad events are all inclusive. Pricing includes everything except for your flight(s).  Paying the entry cost will provide you with 1 private hotel room for the trip. Food, drinks, excursions, events, and transportation are fully included in the entry cost.

We hand select the finest luxury boutique hotels for our events.

After you pay the entry cost, you only need to purchase your flight. We recommend bringing some cash for tipping staff if you feel inclined, other than that, you will not need to pay for anything once you arrive.

• You enjoy adventure and travel, or you would like to get out of your comfort zone

Refund Policy:

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 4 weeks notice for cancellations (so we can fill in your spot). If we are able to fill your spot, we will allow you to utilize your event cost as a credit on a future trip. Last minute cancellations are non-refundable. We do not allow refunds.
